1. Contact your primary doctor who may be able to test for cognitive decline. The Mini-Mental Status Exam is the most widely used although it only detects about 30% of persons in early stage ADRD.

Recently they produced a report (which is available on their site) in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that builds a road map to maintaining cognitive health.
